Less than a day of a receptionist's salary. Per month.

Every plan includes a block of call minutes, your own phone number, and the whole team at no extra cost. Each one starts with a free 30-day pilot — invite-only while we set up the first businesses by hand.

Questions about the bill

What counts as a call minute?+

Time Sarah spends on the phone, rounded up to the nearest minute per call. Texts, emails, quotes and invoices are not metered — only talking.

What happens if I run out?+

Calls keep being answered. We tell you when you pass your included minutes and bill the overage at the plan's rate, or move you up a plan if that works out cheaper. Sarah never stops picking up mid-month.

Is there a setup fee?+

No. Setup is included on every plan, and on Scale it comes with a person who does it with you.

Do I pay per user?+

No. Add your whole team on any plan. You pay for the phone work, not for seats.

What is in the free pilot?+

Thirty days of the plan you choose, with your own number and your own prices loaded. No card to start it and nothing to cancel if you walk away.

Can I change plans later?+

Up or down, whenever. The change takes effect on your next bill and nothing in your account is lost either way.

Not sure which one?

Tell us how many calls you miss in a week and we will tell you which plan fits — and whether Officio is worth it for you at all.
